This includes:Developing a National Sales Strategy aligned to the company's core values & objectives, & in close collaboration with Marketing.Executing Sales Strategy through your internal & external sales team.Identify geographic & market opportunities to add great salespeople.
Effectively recruit, onboard and build your high performing team.Setting SMART objectives for your team, regularly monitoring progress and supporting your team members to achieve, 'kick goals' and thrive.Leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing your Sales Team's competance.Analysing market trends, gaining customer insights and using those to inform your strategic plan, refining and honing the team's winning go‐to‐market strategyDriving tender activity through the identification, coordination,
