As the Clinical Nurse Educator for 4C/5C, you will lead and support clinical learning for nurses, students, and early-career staff across the Inpatient Rehabilitation and Geriatric Evaluation and Management (GEM) services.
The role is centred on delivering high-quality education, mentoring and hands-on clinical support to strengthen capability, confidence and excellence in practice.Working collaboratively with nurse leaders, educators and regional partners, you will identify learning needs, coordinate and implement education initiatives, and support ongoing professional development opportunities, including postgraduate study pathways.This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who is passionate about developing others, fostering collaborative practice and contributing to continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.Working with Bendigo HealthBendigo Health are a leader in regional health care, combining outstanding services with a solid education,
