Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, and supervision for 8–13 students, fostering a structured, family-like workplace to support academic, emotional, and social growth.The two-person role requires a two-year marital history, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Relocation and extensive training are provided.
