You will provide client-centred assessments and therapy across homes, day centres, parks, and other community settings to build lasting skills and independence for participants in NDIS and Support at Home programs.You'll work with a multidisciplinary team, receiving mentoring and opportunities to develop clinical and leadership capabilities in a supportive, clinician-led workplace.
