DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS:
Our business is Country Gardens Motel serving Indian Cuisine and Western Cuisine.
We need Cook to perform the following duties:
Job Description
•Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes for a full-service restaurant in accordance with established recipes and service standards
•Monitoring food quality, portion control, and presentation during all stages of preparation and service
•Maintaining consistency in portion control and presentation
•Operating and regulating kitchen equipment, including ovens and grills, to ensure correct cooking temperatures
•Seasoning, plating, and finishing dishes with appropriate sauces, garnishes, and accompaniments




•Preparing meals to meet special dietary requirements and customer requests
•Managing storage, rotation, and labelling of food items
•Ensuring safe storage of food in temperature-controlled facilities in line with food safety requirements
•Monitoring stock levels and minimising food wastage
•Assisting with menu planning, food preparation levels, and service coordination
•Supporting and guiding junior kitchen staff during service periods
Skills Required:
Qualification: Cert III + two years of on the job training or Cert IV or Diploma
Experience: 3 years of experience
