I'm currently recruiting for a Manager – Operational Risk opportunity within a leading financial services organisation.This is a Line 2 Operational Risk role, partnering closely with Line 1 to provide oversight, constructive challenge and risk expertise across the business.The role will focus on:RCSA facilitation, risk assessments and control effectivenessIncident & issue management, including root cause analysis and remediationRisk-in-change across major projects and initiativesOperational risk reporting, thematic analysis and emerging trendsGRC systems, risk data and action trackingBuilding robust relationships with senior business stakeholders and strengthening risk cultureWhat they're looking for:5+ years' experience across Operational Risk, Risk & Assurance, Compliance or a related disciplineHands‐on RCSA experienceSolid incident, issue and remediation experienceStrong stakeholder management and ability to provide constructive challengeExperience working in a Line 2 environmentGRC / risk systems experience highly regarded
