You'll lead frontline teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure services are delivered safely, compliantly, and in line with contractual requirements, directly supporting client retention and business performance.What You'll Be Responsible ForLeading, supporting and upskilling site supervisors and security officers across your portfolio to deliver consistent, high‐quality service across your client portfolioEnsuring all services are delivered in line with contract KPIs, SLAs, and agreed operational requirementsManaging client feedback, incidents, and complaints, implementing corrective actions where requiredCoordinating resources with internal teams, including workforce planning, to ensure effective staffing and continuity of serviceIdentifying opportunities to enhance existing services and support the retention and growth of client accountsMaintaining site operational procedures and ensuring compliance with company policies, governance standards, and audit requirementsConducting regular site and compliance visits to monitor performance, safety, and service qualityPromoting a proactive safety culture and ensuring all WHS and HSE obligations are met across your portfolioWhat You'll BringEssentialCurrent Security Licence and valid Driver's LicenceProven experience in security operations,
