About the RoleIn this role you will be responsible for leading the Reception team, workforce planning to meet and exceed service levels, follow systems and processes to ensure consistency, training and on-boarding of new team members, and promoting a culture of high quality service and employee engagement.The hours for this role will vary across Monday-Sunday with some early morning and late shift required together with the occassional weekend,



and we do have the ability to be flexible and support each other given that the team is made up of both permanent and casual employees.Your ExperienceA minimum of 12 months experience in a similar roleExperience in leading a team including workforce planning and rosteringYou will take on reception shifts throughout the weekHaving a courteous and friendly mannerExceptional personal presentationHighly developed customer relations and interpersonal skillsThe ability to master required software applicationsThe ability to work autonomously and in a team environmentThe ability to build rapport with members and internal staffA calm and friendly disposition, while working under pressureDemonstrated commitment and ability to work as part of a dynamic teamFirst Aid Certificate - desirablePlease note:Flexible schedule and days are required for this roleProof of right to work in Australia documentation will be required to be presented at the first interviewWorking with Children Clearance (WWCC) is required to work at Next Genwww.nextgenclubs.com.au
