National Workforce is currently seeking reliable and experienced Voice Pickers to join leading warehouse and distribution centres across Wetherill Park and Western Sydney.With immediate starts, and regular work opportunities, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and work with some of Australia's leading logistics and supply chain businesses.The RoleAs a Voice Picker, you will play an key role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and dispatched on time.
Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, you will use voice-picking technology, RF scanners and warehouse systems to complete daily orders and meet productivity targets.Your duties may include:Voice picking and order picking using a headsetRF scanning and barcode scanningPicking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatchMeeting daily pick rates,



KPIs and productivity targetsStock replenishment and inventory organisationSorting and processing returned stockManual handling and lifting of products up to 25kgFollowing all workplace health and safety proceduresWhat We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you will have:Minimum 3 months' experience as a Voice Picker or Order PickerExperience using voice-picking headsetsExperience with RF scanners and barcode scanningPrevious experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution centre or logistics environmentStrong attention to detail and a commitment to qualityGood communication skills and the ability to work as part of a teamGood physical fitness and the ability to complete manual handling duties, including lifting up to 25kgReliable transport and the ability to get to Wetherill ParkWhat's In It For You?
