Your New Company Join a highly respected and long ‐ standing mining operation in stunning North West QLD.Your Current RoleYou'll join the Project Team delivering the Camp Comms Upgrade, transforming accommodation rooms from traditional key locks to modern swipe ‐ card access.
This project is expected to run for approximately 3 months, with the potential for extension, operating on an 8/6 dayshift roster; however, this roster is flexible.
With travel options include DIDO from Cloncurry or Mt Isa, or FIFO from Townsville or Cairns.Responsibilities for this role may include, but are not limited to:Assisting Electricians with daily tasks and on ‐ site project activitiesTransporting tools, materials, and equipment to and from work areasPerforming general labouring duties such as digging, sweeping,
tidying, and preparing work zonesSupporting the safe and efficient progress of the comms upgrade projectWhat You'll Need to SucceedTo jump into this role, you'll bring:Manual Driver's licencePrevious Trade Assistant experience in the mining industry (preferred)The ability to work both independently and in a teamAbility to pass a police check and mine site medical, including D&A; Off siding electricians or comms techWhat You'll Get in ReturnA competitive hourly rateExcellent work conditionsFlights, Meals and Accommodation provided
