This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our health club.
As Assistant Club Manager, you will work alongside the Club Manager to ensure our members receive exceptional service, maintain high operational standards, and contribute to a positive club culture.
This role is essential to the smooth functioning of our facility and offers significant opportunities for professional development within the Fernwood club.Key responsibilitiesAssist the Club Manager in overseeing all club operations, including member services, facility maintenance, and staff managementProvide excellent customer service to members and ensure their concerns and inquiries are addressed promptly and professionallySupport the team, training, and supervision of club staff,
