About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses to join our Transitional Care Program (TCP) at our Kingsley site, on a casual basis.
Brightwater Kingsley is a 41-bed Transitional Care facility, supporting older adults as they transition from hospital back to home.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced workplace, ideal for nurses who enjoy variety, teamwork, and making a real difference in short-term recovery outcomes.
The Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role within our multi-disciplinary team, working alongside Registered Nurses, allied health professionals, and support staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
You will support residents to regain independence and confidence through:
Delivering safe, clinical care aligned with best practiceSupporting daily living activities including hygiene, nutrition,



and mobilityAdministering medications and monitoring clinical needsContributing to care planning and positive patient outcomesEncouraging social connection and emotional wellbeing
You may also take ownership of clinical focus areas such as:
Wound care and falls preventionContinence and nutrition managementPain management and behaviours of concernInfection control and medication safety
Shifts Available
We offer casual PM shifts (3:00pm – 10:15pm).
Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends is essential.

You are a compassionate and confident nurse who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
You bring:
Current Ahpra registrationNDIS ClearanceMinimum 2 years' experience in aged care and/or hospital settingsStrong clinical capability and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to person-centred care
