We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator (minimum Diploma qualification) to join our dynamic team.
If you are passionate about fostering children's development and have a proven track record of supporting their growth, we welcome your application.This is a fixed-term position commencing as soon as possible and ending on 16 December ****.Casual Educator and Teaching positions are also available.Key ResponsibilitiesCreating engaging learning experiences: Designing and implementing play-based learning activities that inspire curiosity and creativity.Ensuring child safety and well-being: Prioritising children's safety and health, and maintaining a clean and stimulating environment.Building strong relationships:



Fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.Supporting children's development: Guiding children's growth in all areas of development, from physical to social-emotional.Contributing to a positive team culture: Collaborating with your team to achieve shared goals and continuously improve practices.Adhering to regulatory requirements: Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.Requirements & Selection CriteriaEducation & Pedagogy: Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or higher), with demonstrated expertise in preschool programming and a strong working knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS).
