This role contributes to the prevention of illness and injury in young people through the establishment and delivery of health optimisation programs and the provision of health information, brief health intervention and referral for State Secondary School students.
Utilising primary health care strategies, the School Based Youth Health Nurse supports the health and well-being of school students and the broader school community.
