Your opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead quality teaching and learning and make a meaningful difference to student outcomes.

As Head of Department (Curriculum), you will provide curriculum leadership aligned with school and departmental priorities, contribute to the vision of the State Schools Division, strengthen the quality of teaching and learning,



and foster positive relationships with students, staff, families and the wider school community.

You will demonstrate strong communication, relationship-building, analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to lead change and work collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Lead curriculum planning and implementation across the school.
- Drive quality teaching, learning and student outcomes.
- Support teachers with inclusive and individualised learning programs.
- Lead school improvement, change and innovation.
- Build strong partnerships with students, families, staff and the wider community.
- Use data to inform planning and continuous improvement.
- Manage curriculum, staffing and resources effectively.
- Promote high expectations and a positive, inclusive school culture.
