Corporate Tax Manager | Sydney Join a high-performing Sydney-based tax team where you ll play a key role in delivering corporate tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse client base.
This is a hands-on position offering exposure to complex tax matters, including transaction support and structuring, while working closely with senior stakeholders and clients.
You ll also contribute to team leadership by supporting and developing junior staff in a team-oriented environment.
What you ll be doing: Oversee client engagements and ensure quality delivery across corporate tax matters Provide commercial tax advice, identifying risks, opportunities and solutions for issues Act as a trusted advisor on M A activity including structuring and due diligence Conduct research on legislation and case law Review tax returns and provisions Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development What we re looking for:



5 7 years experience in corporate tax, ideally within skilled services Proven ability to manage and mentor junior staff Solid communication and client engagement skills Team-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Business/Commerce degree with Accounting major, completed CA or equivalent desirable.
