About the role

This diverse and interesting position will have a focus on:
Supporting positive behavioural change in clients through the delivery of therapeutic counselling interventions.
Implementing and supporting integrated treatment and care pathways for complex clients within alcohol and drug treatment services.

Skills & Experience
Minimum Diploma in Alcohol and other Drugs required.

Undergraduate and postgraduate human services qualification and registration with a relevant peak body is desirable
Demonstrated high level knowledge, skills and experience in the delivery of evidence-based counselling interventions, strengths based and person-centred models of care,



comprehensive assessment and treatment planning.
