About Dental Implants & Aesthetics
Dental Implants & Aesthetics (DIA) is a specialist dental practice on the Gold Coast, built around prosthodontics, periodontics, implant surgery and All-on-X treatment. About the role
We are looking for an experienced dental receptionist to run front of house at our Southport & Tugun practices. This role suits someone who already understands how a specialist dental practice operates: you will coordinate a busy schedule across prosthodontics, periodontics and implant surgery, and be confident on the phone from day one.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting patients and managing a busy reception across our Southport & Tugun practices
- Booking, rescheduling and confirming patient appointments in Dental for Windows (D4W)
- Managing phone and email enquiries with a confident, professional manner
- Processing patient payments, invoices and receipts
- Coordinating scheduling with our prosthodontists, periodontists and implant surgery team
- Maintaining patient records, recalls and laboratory work tracking
- Supporting daily banking, Medicare and DVA processing, and reporting tasks
What we're looking for
Essential
- Previous dental assisting experience
- A confident, professional phone manner
- Experience using Dental for Windows (D4W)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy front desk
- Availability Monday to Thursday, 7.30am to 5.30pm, with flexibility across Southport and Tugun
Preferred
- Experience working in a specialist dental clinic (prosthodontics, periodontics, implant surgery or All-on-X)
