An exciting opportunity is available to join the Culture Kings team as Head of Retail Sales & Operations, based in QLD. We are looking for a driven retail leader who is passionate about brand, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated to make a meaningful impact. Reporting to the VP of Commercial & GTM, this newly created role aims to make a great impact in the retail arm of the business, owning the commercial performance, operating discipline and people outcomes of all nine ANZ stores.

The Role

In this role, you will own national retail sales performance across all nine ANZ stores, driving the four core growth levers of sales per SQM, conversion rate, units per transaction and average transaction value against budget and prior years. You will govern wage-to-sales and shrink as the two core controllable cost levers, own store-level inventory control and stocktake governance, and act as the single channel for all sales and operations directives reaching the store fleet. You will also own the full employment lifecycle for store teams, building an A-grade Store Manager bench and a visible internal talent pipeline, and lead the people, operations and sales readiness of every new store opening.

You will provide clear, data-led retail performance reporting to the VP and executive team on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, and partner closely with the Head of Store Experience, Finance, P&C; and Merch Planning & Allocation on strategic commercial and workforce initiatives.

About You

- Proven experience leading a multi-site retail network, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail
- Track record of driving profitable sales growth against budget through the core commercial levers (sales per SQM,



conversion, UPT, ATV)
- Experience owning wage-to-sales and shrink/loss-prevention performance in a labour-heavy retail environment
- Strong understanding of retail inventory control, replenishment and stocktake governance
- Experience recruiting, developing and retaining store leadership talent, with a track record of succession planning
- Working knowledge of Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards and Modern Award obligations as they apply to retail teams
- Experience delivering new store openings, from readiness through to sales ramp
- Strong analytical and reporting capability, with experience presenting to executive or board-level audiences
