- Portfolio based locally around the Inner North Surrounding Suburbs
n
- No Saturdays
n
- Work from home - 2 days a week

- Leasing Team
n
- Inspections Team
n
- Role is based predominately in the office
n
- Prospect to progress in your career
n
- Salary up to $100K+Super (depending on experience)

About you:
n
n
- Experience with managing a residential portfolio - 12+ months
n
- Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate
n
- Hold a current and valid Driver's Licence
n
- Experience using a Property Management program being RP Office, REST, Console, Agent Plus, Property Me, Property Tree or Reapit
n
- Corporate attire
n
- Excellent communication & written skills
