Talent Matters is seeking a CRM Manager to own the CRM strategy and drive acquisition, retention and customer value. You will lead the CRM function, manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and collaborate with Digital Performance, Ecommerce and Marketing.

Reporting to the CMO, you will develop lifecycle programmes across onboarding, retention and win-back, and nurture first-party data to personalise communications. On-site parking and 1 day WFH support your busy, rapid-paced role.
