We are currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Civil Superintendents who are available for FIFO roles in regional WA for ongoing works.

Project Roster - 2:1

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the construction process, coordinating workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

- Ensure project completion within set timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Enforce safety regulations and culture in line with WHS regulations; conduct routine site inspections to mitigate risks and communication and report on HSE incidents.

- Manage and resolve disputes among project stakeholders.

- Maintain comprehensive records of project progress, expenses, and quality assurance procedures.

- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors,



and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

- Identify and proactively address construction issues or delays, be on top of day-to-day direction of field activities.

- Ensure all work complies with approved plans, specifications, and permitting requirements.

- Allocate and manage resources including labour, materials, and equipment efficiently.

In order to be successful, you will posses the following:

- 5 years site experience in a similar position within the construction industry.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

- Robust problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

- Concrete Structures (FRP) experience required.

- FIFO/DIDO experience.

- Strong committment to safety.

- An excellent work ethic and pride in your work.

- Relevant tickets and licences

- S.26 Satutory Supervisor Qualfication
