Key Responsibilities:

- Cook burgers and wraps on the grill
- Cook Kentucky-style fried chicken.
- Prepare fresh ingredients for the grill bar
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen




- Follow food safety standards – Ensure proper handling and storage of food items at all times.
- Work as part of a team – Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Skills & Requirements:

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required – we’re happy to train the right person!
