Right now, our team is looking for an Operations Manager to lead 1 of our key regions in WA. The role is based at our Subiaco office on a 5&2 roster with regular travel to site and Head Office in Kalgoorlie.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Working closely with the Operations Leadership team to ensure the setting and maintaining of clear expectations that reflect our Topdrill Way. You will ensure that all field personnel deliver exceptional results to our valued clients using best drilling practice, Topdrill safety management systems and Topdrill compliance platforms.

- Participating as a key member of our existing leadership team and you will need to be proactive in effecting change, developing solutions and delivering on these.





- The successful applicant will be able to provide a management style that encourages personnel to achieve their training goals in a protected and productive manner and have an empathy to deal with confidential personal situations as they arise.

- You will be willing to live by and promote our TOPS values – Teamwork, Ownership, Performance and Safety- and encourage the identification of these through our team Values program.

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills & attributes:

- Previous Management experience in the Drilling Industry

- Proven experience in leadership, coaching and mentoring,

- You will enjoy problem solving and thinking laterally. Anticipate problems and take initiative to implement the action required to achieve goals.

- Be a team player with a gift for sharing information both written and verbal.

- Ability to work under pressure with the ability to prioritize workload accordingly.

- Commitment to results / outcomes – Drive teamwork, ownership, performance.

- Ability to embrace change and help others excel in a fast changing environment

- Demonstrated ability to involve others in the decision making process when making plans that will affect them

- Provide leadership to our supervisors to manage daily staff based on changing project requirements
