- Partner with our internal team and external community health professionals to provide a holistic, unified approach to client care.
- Connect deeply with clients, families, and support networks both inside the clinic and out in the community.
- Support clients across various frameworks including NDIS, DVA, iCare, MAC, and private health, including writing high-quality reports required to help clients access and maintain their funding.
- Actively participate in clinical mentoring, peer reviews, and collaborative problem-solving.
About you
- Current full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- CPR & First Aid certifications
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel locally for community visits if required
- Ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Australian Working Rights (citizenship or visa)
- Experience with neurological populations is ideal, but we welcome applications from OTs who have a genuine passion to move into this space and are ready to learn.
Advantages
- A supportive clinic culture with a zero-competition, team-first mentality.
- Dedicated personal CPD budget, internal/external professional development, regular case reviews, and peer mentoring through our structured RoboPals program.
- Flexibility, genuine care for your wellbeing, and manageable caseloads.
- Pathways into leadership roles, specialised clinical streams, and research involvement as RoboFit expands.
