About the Opportunity

Q Automotive is seeking a motivated and driven F&I; Business Manager to join our growing team in Sunbury, Victoria, representing our Ford, Chery, Geely and BYD brands.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive qualified to join a successful automotive group and become part of a supportive, high-performing team.

While experience in an F&I; Business Manager role is preferred, we are also happy to consider candidates with automotive industry experience who are looking to take their career in a new direction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the Finance and Insurance process for customers purchasing a motor vehicle
- Maximise finance and insurance penetration and revenue
- Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers




- Build solid relationships with customers and dealership teams
- Negotiate and close deals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Ensure all finance and insurance processes are completed accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and maximise opportunities

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

- Previous F&I; Business Manager experience is preferred
- Alternatively, automotive industry experience with a strong desire to develop a career in F&I; will be considered
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build rapport and develop lasting customer relationships
- A professional, motivated and results-driven approach
- Robust attention to detail and the ability to work within compliance requirements
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team
- A genuine desire to learn, grow and achieve
