Operations – Attention to Detail:

- Enables Speed and Accuracy
- Monitor stock levels and enforce accurate receiving and dispatch processes, identifying discrepancies and maintaining strong stock integrity.
- Lead efficient stocktake planning and execution to ensure ongoing inventory accuracy.
- Adapt quickly and apply innovative solutions to optimise stock control and product availability, delivering an organised environment that achieves a World-Class Customer Experience.
- Establish the benchmark for operational consistency and workplace organisation through structured routines that elevate sales and team productivity.
- Collaborate and communicate across all channels to proactively address the store's stock needs, execute sales and control store performance.
- Uphold safety measures and promote awareness, encouraging the team to follow safe practices both front-of-house and back-of-house to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

- Support, plan and execute store presentation using core visual merchandising tools.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure Visual Merchandising standards are consistently met to World-Class Retail Standards.
- Deliver an organised, well-presented environment that maximises product availability and enhances the customer experience.
