Key Responsibilities

- Prepare metal components for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, sanding, and surface preparation.

- Apply powder coating to a high standard using manual and automated spray equipment.

- Monitor coating thickness, colour consistency, and finish quality.

- Operate and monitor curing ovens to ensure correct curing cycles.

- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

- Maintain powder coating equipment and keep the work area clean and organised.

- Identify and resolve coating defects and process issues.

- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.





- Work closely with the production team to meet daily production targets.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in powder coating or industrial spray finishing.

- Strong knowledge of surface preparation techniques.

- Experience operating powder coating guns and curing ovens.

- Ability to identify and correct coating defects.

- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Physically fit and able to lift and handle materials safely.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
