What You’ll Be Doing

Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement to define business needs related to data integration and analytics. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for data pipelines and reporting solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate ETL processes from ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Technology One), HRIS (e.g., Workday, UKG), payroll systems (e.g., Employment Hero, MicrOpay, Payroll Metrics), and enterprise automation platforms. Support data flows and reporting from recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, SEEK, and other talent acquisition systems. Define and validate data quality rules and compliance requirements. Develop business process models, data flow diagrams, and documentation to support solution design and implementation. Work closely with cloud and architecture teams to ensure alignment of business requirements with target solution.

What Sets You Apart

Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in data integration and analytics projects. Strong understanding of ERP, HR, payroll, finance,



and recruitment systems and their data structures. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques including process mapping, requirements documentation, and stakeholder management. Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
