Join our Security & Risk team as a Security, Assurance & Compliance Officer and play a key role in safeguarding the Firm, strengthening our security frameworks, and building client trust. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to provide assurance through audits and direct liaison, while strengthening our security program with initiatives like business recovery planning and continuous operations systems.

About the role
Provide security assurance to clients across bids, proposals, and contracts.
Support client audits and complete security questionnaires.
Maintain and update monthly assurance reporting.
Contribute to compliance with frameworks such as ISO27001, ACSC Essential Eight, and data privacy standards.
Participate in internal auditing exercises.
Assist in maintaining business recovery and continuous operations systems.
Deliver security awareness and phishing training programs.
Support and maintain onboarding training for new staff.
About You
Successfully completed the ISACA CISA exam.
Strong technical aptitude with problem‑solving skills.
Clear communicator with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Calm and level‑headed under pressure.
Flexible and willing to learn, including occasional after‑hours work.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
(Desirable) Progress towards a Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity,
information systems, or related field.
(Desirable) Familiarity with ISO27001 and ACSC Essential Eight frameworks.
(Desirable) Relevant coursework, internships, or projects in IT security.
Experienced in engaging multi‑level stakeholders and explaining security risks to non‑technical audiences.
Demonstrated interest in compliance and regulatory standards.
