About the Role:

Securecorp is seeking skilled Security Officers to deliver high-quality customer service and emergency response across multiple retail sites in the Brisbane CBD area.

This role involves guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling premises, responding to alarms and emergencies, managing access control, and maintaining accurate incident records. Candidates must be available 24/7, have access to their own vehicle, with free parking is provided on site.

Casual, part-time, and full-time positions are available. Weekend availability is required, covering day and afternoon shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a high level of security and customer service Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned retail premises Respond promptly to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance Assess and respond to situations of risk Manage access control and entry points Draft incident reports and maintain accurate data logs Maintain a professional and customer-focused presence at all times





Skills & Experience

Entry level candidates are welcome to apply for this Security role Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control Valid driver's licence and own vehicle (free parking provided) Control Room Licence (highly regarded) Current First Aid & CPR certificate Must possess current First Aid certificate at the time of application Excellent personal presentation Strong written and verbal communication skills Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including weekends Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skilled attitude with attention to detail and reliability
