About The Role

Bolton Clarke Enrolled Nurses provide a range of clinical and care services to our Home Care clients across a variety of practice areas, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include:

Providing nursing care with the support from an Experienced Registered Nurse Collaborating with community supports, referrers, GPs, families and allied health Contributing to the assessment, prevention and early detection of any health conditions Contributing to the formulation of care plans, reviews and case conferencing

Work Schedule & Coverage

Primary Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 3:00pm / 4:00pm Monthly Rotation: 1 evening shift (1:30pm – 9:00pm) and 1 weekend shift per month Location: Service clients across the suburbs of Bayswater, Boronia, Ferntree Gully, knoxfield, Wantira and surrounds. On-Call Rotation: Every 6 months, covering weekends and public holidays

To be successful, you will have:

Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc) Police Check (valid within the last 3 years) First aid & CPR Certificates Driver's licence and own vehicle Covid and flu vaccinations highly recommended
