About the role:

DGA Windows is currently seeking an Aluminium Fabricator to join the team.

Responsibilities include: reading and interpreting extrusion cutting lists, cutting aluminium components, assembling window & door frames, and performing quality checks on finished products. You may also be required to set up fabricating machines.

(5am to 3pm: standard hours & overtime Mon -Friday)

Responsibilities:

- Cutting various aluminium door and window frame sections.
- Ensuring precision in measuring and cutting.
- Assembly of windows & doors
- Working with the team to increase efficiencies & reduce lead time.
- Upholding the standards of safety and quality as per company expectations




- Ensuring a safe work practice in line with company policies and procedures
- Attend daily production and general meetings, providing inputs as needed

Skills and experience required:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar fabrication role
- Proficiency in utilising tools and equipment (ie: semi-automatic and manual saws)
- Forklift Licence
- Experience with a wide range of window and door systems
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a sound understanding of the manufacturing and fabrication processes
- Ability to read and work off plans and job sheets from V6
- Previous experience with Alspec extrusions – preferred(not essential).
