We are currently seeking a passionate full time Data Analyst to join our team in Essendon, VIC. What you'll do: Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualisations to support operational and strategic decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather reporting requirements and define analytical objectives. Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure data integrity and reliability. Interpret and communicate findings through clear reporting and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Support forecasting, performance analysis, and business planning activities using statistical and analytical techniques. Assist in developing data models and automation processes to improve reporting efficiency and business outcomes. Work with various data sources and systems to extract, transform, and analyse information effectively. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimise processes and reporting capabilities. What you'll bring: Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.



At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a Data Analyst or similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience working with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data analysis methodologies. Ability to communicate insights effectively with stakeholders across varying levels of technical understanding. A proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
