Service Adviser – Maroochydore GWM & Renault

Maroochydore GWM & Renault is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Adviser to join our growing aftersales team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, administration, and working in a fast-paced team workplace. Previous automotive experience is desirable, however training will be provided for the right candidate — you do not need to be technically minded to succeed in this role.

About the Role

As a Service Adviser, you will be the link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service from booking through to vehicle collection.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Assisting customers with service bookings and enquiries
- Preparing repair orders and maintaining accurate records
- Keeping customers updated throughout the service process
- Coordinating with technicians and workshop staff
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times




- General administration and follow-up tasks

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Has excellent communication and people skills
- Is organised with strong attention to detail
- Enjoys administration and customer interaction
- Can work well in a busy team environment
- Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Holds a current and valid driver licence (mandatory)
- Previous dealership or automotive experience is desirable but not essential
