Cellar Door Attendant – Leeuwin Estate, Margaret River

A benchmark Australian winery, Leeuwin Estate is renowned for creating wine which sits alongside the worlds finest. Our Cellar Door is where that legacy meets our guests – and we are seeking a Cellar Door Assistant of exceptional calibre to be part of it.

The Role

As a Cellar Door Assistant, you will be an ambassador Leeuwin Estate. You will guide guests through curated tastings, share the story behind our wines, and ensure every visit is an experience which is positively representative of Leeuwin Estate.

Your Responsibilities

- Receive and welcome guests with poise and genuine hospitality
- Lead informed, engaging wine tastings across our portfolio
- Provide personalised recommendations tailored to each guest
- Support wine and merchandise sales with a consultative approach
- Maintain the presentation of our retail and tasting spaces




- Contribute to accurate daily records and team reporting

What We’re Looking For

- Demonstrated experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or the wine industry
- A genuine passion for wine and a solid foundation in varietals and regions (WSET or equivalent highly regarded)
- Polished communication and the ability to connect with a discerning clientele
- Attention to detail and composure under pressure
- Availability across weekends and public holidays
- A collaborative spirit and commitment to excellence
