Qualifications & Requirements:

- Hold the relevant subclass of NSW Security Licence for the area you intend to deliver and assess.
- Must hold (minimal CPP20218 Certificate II in Security Operations)
- Demonstrate ongoing compliance with all conditions imposed on your NSW Security Licence.
- Demonstrate vocational (industry) competencies at least to the level you will be delivering and assessing.
- Show evidence of ongoing development of VET knowledge and skills, maintaining industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.
- Successfully address all aspects of the Approved Trainer Application and Assessment as required by Rightway Security Training Academy.
- Hold a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or an equivalent qualification).
- Relevant Industry Qualifications: Possess relevant qualifications in your area of expertise within the security industry.
- Proven experience in delivering and assessing vocational training programs in the security field.
- Familiarity with the compliance requirements and regulatory standards of a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse learner groups.
