We're looking for a commercially minded Pricing Specialist to join our Majors, Projects & Pricing Team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys analysing data, proposing pricing for large tenders and RFQ’s, improving pricing strategies, collaborating across departments, and making a genuine impact on business performance.

About the Role

Reporting to the Major Accounts, Projects & Pricing Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our pricing remains competitive, accurate and profitable across thousands of products.

Working closely with Sales, Purchasing and Inventory teams, you'll analyse costs, work closely with the sales function to understand market trends, manage customer pricing agreements and support strategic pricing decisions that drive business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

- Develop and maintain pricing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Review and maintain customer pricing agreements and contract pricing
- Prepare pricing for tenders, quotations and major projects
- Support annual price reviews and catalogue updates
- Maintain pricing accuracy across ERP systems and databases
- Investigate pricing discrepancies and resolve customer pricing issues
- Produce pricing and profitability reports for management as requested
- Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes through automation and continuous improvement

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys solving commercial problems and working with data to influence business decisions.





You'll ideally have:

- Experience in pricing, commercial analysis, procurement or product management
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
- High attention to detail and excellent numerical accuracy
- Experience working with ERP systems
- The ability to communicate effectively with Sales, Purchasing and Operations teams
- Experience within industrial, safety, hardware, wholesale or distribution environments will be highly regarded
