On the Go Rehabilitation Services is a well-established mobile allied health provider delivering high-quality services across the Perth metropolitan area. We are seeking an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) to join our growing multidisciplinary team as an independent contractor.

This opportunity is ideal for a clinician looking for flexibility, autonomy and the support of an experienced allied health organisation, while enjoying access to an immediate referral base.

About the Role

You will provide evidence-based dietetic services to clients across:

- NDIS

- Home Care Packages

- Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA)

- Private clients

Consultations are primarily community-based, with telehealth available where clinically appropriate.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status

- Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number

- Current Police Clearance

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- A passion for providing person-centred, evidence-based care

Experience working with NDIS participants, Home Care Packages, DVA clients or community-based practice will be highly regarded but is not essential.
