The Role:

As Duty Manager, you will be a pivotal part of our team, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring our patrons enjoy a welcoming and enjoyable experience. Your key responsibilities will include managing bistro, bar and gaming services, coordinating the team, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist to manage daily hotel operations including bar, bistro, functions and gaming.

- Lead and support a team to maintain high service standards.

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

- Oversee cash handling, gaming operations, and compliance.

- Uphold and enforce safety,



health, alcohol and gaming regulations.

- Oversee the bar and restaurant areas, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.

- Maintain solid relationships with customers and team members, fostering a positive and welcoming environment.

- Assist in rostering, staff management, and training.

- Uphold high standards of service and cleanliness throughout the hotel.

What We’re Looking For:

- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry advantageous, but not necessary.

- Gaming, food and beverage experience.

- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

- Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

- Must hold RSA and RCG certification. ARCG will need to be obtained if not already held.
