Working within a collaborative and professional team, you will play a key role supporting fee earners while further developing your administrative and legal support expertise.

The Role

- Provide high-level administrative and practice support to Partners, lawyers and the broader team, including document preparation, formatting and correspondence management.
- Coordinate diary management, appointments, key deadlines, matter openings and the maintenance of client files and databases.
- Liaise with clients, counsel, medical experts and other stakeholders, while assisting with briefs, enquiries and the day-to-day operation of the practice.

About You





- You will ideally have previous experience in a legal secretary, legal assistant or similar administrative support role.
- You will possess strong communication, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- You will have excellent attention to detail, a proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset, together with a typing speed of approximately 75 wpm with a high level of accuracy.
