Project IT Network Engineer | 6-Month Contract | Adelaide
We're partnering with a leading enterprise organisation to secure an experienced Project IT Network Engineer for an initial 6-month contract based in Adelaide. This is an excellent chance to work on complex infrastructure projects, taking ownership from design through to implementation and operational handover.
The OpportunityAs a key technical SME, you'll deliver critical network infrastructure projects while providing technical leadership across routing, switching, wireless networking, SD-WAN, and security technologies. You'll work closely with project teams, vendors, architects, and operational stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing✅ Delivering end-to-end network infrastructure projects✅ Producing and reviewing HLDs, LLDs, implementation and test plans✅ Supporting network migrations, upgrades, cutovers and operational handover activities✅ Providing governance,



design assurance and technical leadership✅ Engaging with project teams, vendors and business stakeholders✅ Managing network-related changes through ServiceNow processes
What We're Looking For✔ Strong experience delivering enterprise network projects✔ Expertise across Cisco Routing & Switching, Wireless and SD-WAN technologies✔ Experience with Meraki networking platforms and Check Point Firewalls✔ Solid understanding of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, VRFs, QoS and network security principles✔ Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
