About the Role
A unique chance exists for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a highly professional and successful couple based in the Adelaide Hills.
This is a diverse and rewarding role that requires a proactive, highly organised, and confident individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will become a trusted right-hand support person, managing both professional and personal commitments with the utmost discretion, efficiency, and attention to detail.
This is a full-time position, predominantly worked Monday to Friday, however some flexibility will be required, including occasional weekend activities, to ensure the smooth management of schedules and commitments.
No two days will be the same. The role will involve a broad range of executive, administrative, lifestyle, and household support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex calendars and appointment scheduling
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and transport
- Liaising with business associates, service providers, and personal contacts
- Managing correspondence, phone calls, and general administrative tasks
- Organising meetings, events, and special occasions
- Running personal and business-related errands as required
- Attending to family pets, including coordinating veterinary appointments and other pet-related needs
- Assisting with household administration and the coordination of trades and service providers
- Managing confidential information with absolute discretion
- Providing proactive support across a wide range of personal and professional matters
- Anticipating needs and resolving issues before they arise
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant (essential)
- Outstanding organisational and time-management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A professional, polished, and confident manner
- High levels of discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness
- Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business systems
- A flexible approach and willingness to assist wherever needed
Essential Requirements
- Previous Executive Assistant experience is essential
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Current Police check
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Flexibility to occasionally assist outside standard business hours, including some weekend activity
