Ambrose Construct Group is one of Australia’s largest insurance repair specialists, with offices nationwide. We’re looking for an experienced Estimator/Supervisor to join our team in Armidale or Tamworth.

The Role

- Estimate, schedule and supervise insurance building repairs.
- Manage jobs from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Work closely with the Construction Manager.
- Build strong relationships with clients, trades, and stakeholders.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues effectively.
- Meet and exceed KPIs using our industry-leading systems.

What You’ll Need

- Cert III in Carpentry (Highly regarded).
- Current White Card and Driver Licence.
- Experience estimating, scheduling and supervising repairs.




- Knowledge of NCC, building regulations and WHS requirements.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office + ability to learn new systems).
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Robust organisation and time management.
- A proactive, team-focused mindset.
- Commitment to safety.

Insurance experience and water claims knowledge are advantageous but not essential.
