Ideally, someone that would be available to work Monday to Sunday across business hours 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.

However, we would also consider part time or Monday to Friday only.

This is a busy role walking around for most of the day, so if you don't want to be deskbound - this could be for you!

Role Overview

The team manages private patient administration across four streams: New Patients, Day Patients, Repeat Patients.

Duties include confirming eligibility, completing paperwork, scanning documentation, updating spreadsheets, and supporting revenue processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Patient eligibility checks
- Collecting and scanning documentation




- Delivering private patient packs and completing required forms
- Updating Private Patient Spreadsheet and uploading documents to OnBase
- Liaising with AR for invoice processing
- Answering inbound calls from patients, wards and external organisations
- Preparing patient packs and actioning system edit checks/flags

What You’ll Bring

- Solid communication & negotiation skills

- Basic Word & Excel skills
- Advantage: knowledge of healthcare financial systems (training provided)
- Ability to perform a walking‑heavy role (60% walking / 40% desk work)
