About the role

This full-time Sales role offers an exciting opportunity to join our growing dynamic team in Townsville, QLD. You will play a key part in driving the company's sales and growth objectives in steel framed construction, delivering exceptional customer service and creating tailored designs to meet the unique needs of our clients.

What you'll be doing

- Engaging with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions

- Preparing detailed quotes of steel framed structures using our design software

- Attending site visits to confirm measurements and site specific details

- Negotiating and closing sales to achieve individual and team targets

- Providing advice and guidance to customers throughout the sales process

- Liaising with suppliers, contractors and other employees

What we're looking for

- Experience in Sales,



or Construction Administration

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

- Proficiency in using basic design software and Microsoft suite

- A driven, ambitious and target-oriented mindset

- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
