Qualifications & Experience

- Qualified chef with experience in wet dishes or pastries

- Experience with low & slow BBQ smoked meats

- A genuine interest in learning more about butchery and meat preparation

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Cook and create our value-added heat-and-serve meals and pastry parcel range

- Help develop new retail-ready food products

- Provide retail customer service, including recipe suggestions and meal ideas

- Assist with butchery labouring duties: trimming, cryovacing, smallgoods slicing, product presentation

- Learn fresh meat preparation: trimming, slicing, and meat display skills
