This role will suit a clinically robust aged care leader who enjoys mentoring nursing teams and partnering with operational leadership to drive quality care outcomes.
About The Facility
50-bed residential aged care homeIncludes 10 Memory Support bedsLeadership structure: Residential Services Manager, Clinical Manager, RNs and ENsWell-supported clinical environment with a strong focus on quality care
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and oversight of the homeLead, mentor and support Registered and Enrolled NursesMaintain clinical governance, quality and compliance standardsWork closely with the Residential Services Manager to support team leadership and service improvementDrive continuous improvement and best practice care delivery
About You
AHPRA Registered NurseExperience in clinical leadership within residential aged careStrong understanding of aged care standards and clinical governanceAbility to mentor and support nursing teamsCollaborative leadership style and commitment to quality care
