Job Description

Head Pizzaiolo (Head Pizza Chef) Seeker Brewing is looking for a full-time Head Pizzaiolo to lead our wood-fired pizza operation. Working from our brand-new pizza truck with a professional wood-fired oven, you'll take ownership of our pizza service and help continue building one of the Illawarra's best brewery food experiences. Position

- Full-time (38 hours per week)
- Thursday to Sunday roster
- Full-time entitlements
- Brewery staff perks and discounts

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook high-quality wood-fired pizzas
- Manage prep and service
- Maintain food quality and consistency
- Order and manage stock
- Ensure food safety and kitchen cleanliness
- Develop specials and contribute to menu improvements




- Lead the pizza operation with support from kitchen hands during busy services and events

About You

- Experience as a pizza chef or pizzaiolo
- Confident working independently
- Organised, reliable and efficient
- Passionate about quality food and great service
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
