Operations Associate Location: Australia · Full-time Level: Junior / Entry-level The Opportunity
This is a ground-floor role in a fast-moving healthcare startup — and we mean that literally.
Things move fast here, and not everything has a playbook yet — which means you'll get to help write it. You'll learn our systems and have support along the way, but you should also be ready for gray areas: situations nobody's mapped out before, questions without an obvious answer yet. Some days that looks like digging into data to figure out why something broke. Other days it's documenting a process that didn't exist yesterday, or stepping in to sort out a messy situation before it escalates.
It's not always glamorous work, but it's the kind of work that teaches you how a business actually runs — you'll get to think on your feet, jump in to help put out fires as they come up, and build the systems that the next person on this team will actually get to use.

What You'll Actually Do
Keep things moving day-to-day. Handle the operational admin, escalations and coordination tasks that keep our support and clinical teams functioning. A lot of it won't be in a manual.Fix things and write it down. When you solve a problem, document it so it doesn't happen again.



You'll own and maintain our internal processes and playbooks.Spot patterns. Track support metrics, flag issues early and bring suggestions - not just problems - to the table.Be the connective tissue. Sit between frontline agents, practitioners, pharmacies and management. Make sure the right information gets to the right people.Pitch in on projects. When something new needs to get built or figured out, you'll be involved.
